A while ago, not so much but it was not yesterday either, we started to prepare Paellas and Fideuas for our family and friends, in the way that it has been prepared in Jose's family.
We make our signature shrimp broth, we roast the peppers to perfection, we hand pick every ingredient and garnish, paying attention to every detail for each one of the hundreds of Paellas we've made.
Thanks to the quality and passion of our work, we have gladly served Paella in this part of the globe to more than 4,000 people, and we are still counting.
The secrets of a great Paella are passed from generation to generation. Each one of them adds its contribution, and chef Jose condenses that heritage in his amazing Paellas. Every bite takes you on a trip from beautiful Valencia and Castilla in Spain, to the streets in Caracas, until here... Texas.
An interesting fact about our name is that in the year 1513, Gabriel Alonso de Herrera, a famous writer, and agriculturist, wrote a book about Agriculture, and for the first time mentioned in it the Valencian Paella, along with its value for being a dish worthy of countless emulations to be copied to perfection.
We still seek perfection in every paella we make.
Book us now and be astonished by the grandeur of paellas.
