- Go to the place of the event.
- Installation of all equipment
(10 'x 10' area). - Preparation / cooking of the paella (s), in front of all the guests.
- Serve the paella to all guests.
- Pick up and leave the place clean.
- Return from the place of the event.

Information we need
We prefer that you send us this information through SMS or WhatsApp.
To take your reservation, we need the following information:
- Date
- Address, to calculate the Transp & Srv fee
- How many people? you can give me an estimated, but the day before I will need the final number
- Type of paella?
- Time to eat? I need to arrive 1 hour before, in order to prepare the paella in front of you and your guests, when I finish I will serve the paella to all

- We do not provide plates, silverware or drinks.
- The availability of the dates depends on the demand.
